That is bad news. We didn t see an owl at the FedEx building or from the
observation area. However, we located one atop another building in the same
vicinity along Cargo Road, just after the tunnel coming from the viewing
area. (Don't know the name of the building; we were looking to our left.)

We then dropped our friend at the airport, and, from his gate, he saw an
owl atop the FedEx building.
