Hello MOU members and MOU-net subscribers, The Minnesota Ornithologists' Union joins over 100 other organizations in celebrating 2018 Year of the Bird, which marks the 100-year anniversary of the passage of the Migratory Bird Treaty Act. This is one of the most important pieces of legislation ever passed granting protection to our birds. 2018 Year of the Bird aims to educate the public on the wonder, science, and conservation of birds and provides actions we can all take to help them in a changing world.
