Quite a group of folks out at Colville Park this afternoon in Redwing with no luck spotting tbe Tufted Duck. The water is open with lots of Common Mergs, Eagles and Goldeneyes but no Tufted Duck.
As of this afternoon, there is no open water visible from Frontenac State Park. I did not check the Wacouta neighborhood. Updates from tomorrow (Sunday), pro or con, will be helpful.
