Reminder and change of plans: Due to yet another Winter storm in this winter from hell, the Nicollet portion on Sunday is canceled. Snow expected there by 1930am. I will rethink the plan for Saturday and maybe do a Nicollet/ Sibley on all the same day. I was hoping to concentrate on ducks for this weekends trip planned in early February. Little did I know most lakes would still be 100 percent ice covered by this time.
