(Posted by Daniel Orr <[email protected]> via moumn.org) I found both the Prothonotary Warbler and the Hooded Warbler today at the previously reported locations. The Prothonotary was at the Elk River access on the east side of CR 5 north of Big Lake. The Hooded was in the Sherburne NWR's Blue Hill Trail area to the NW of the overlook along the edge of the conifer stand. It sang several times but seemed to want to stay in the unburned area along the edge of the conifers across the road from the burn. Dan Orr
