This Sunday (June 10th) I will be leading a field trip along the lower Canon River, but we will be changing our location from the "bottoms" to Miesville Ravine Park in southern Dakota County. We will meet in the parking lot on the north side of the road at 7:30 am. If you are interested in birding into the afternoon, bring lunch. We will be looking for the same birds as at the other location (Cerulean Warbler, Acadian Flycatcher, YB Cuckoo, Wood Thrush, Ovenbird). There is no need to call for reservations. All trips sponsored by MRVAC are free and open to the public.
