I spent half an hour this afternoon watching two juvenile
peregrines, and their mom, swooping back and forth around the
Pentair building just off I-394 near highway 100 exits. The young
flew together quite peacefully and then would swoop at each
other, one turning upside down to extend its talons toward the
other. Then mom would swing by and chase both of them. I'm sure
they were "practicing valuable life skills" but it looked like fun to me.
