Had my first migrant wave of the "fall" come through the yard this morning. Upon noticing it, I ran into the house to get my binoculars, and of course upon returning to the spot some of the birds were no longer detected. I did end up spotting a couple warblers (Nashville, Ovenbird), and 2 empid. flycatchers among others.
