RED-NECKED PHALAROPE observed on Sunday (by 2 observers that I don’t know) and Monday ( by a friend and me) at the Pine City WTP, Pine County. Middle of SE pond. Ebird doesn’t seem to think this is rare, but I beg to differ. *Side note * We just got approval from the City Coucil to go ahead with an observation platform to view the ponds!!!!
