Just seen in Duluth harbor at 11:30 a mile west of Canal Park. One block west of Pier B hotel / Silos restaurant at 8th Ave West & Railroad St. Best access and parking there. Still associating with goldeneyes. Ducks moved because shipping channel now covered with shifting ice pack. -Kim Eckert, Duluth
