Just reported with goldeneyes in a channel with a red bouy between elevators A and B on the Port Terminal side of the harbor. Presumably visible to the west from Pier B Hotel. It had last been reported January 8 but was probably present but out of sight all along since these channels by the grain elevators are hard to view. Kim Eckert, Duluth
