Other observers have reported that the King Eider is still present. Today it was at the Lester River and yesterday it was seen out from Les Chateaux apts at 3800 London Rd. It is roaming along a 40-block stretch of shoreline between Brighton beach and around the 2300 block of Water St so it can be hard to locate.
I’m not aware of any Tufted Duck reports since Tuesday but it is probably still present somewhere in the harbor as it moves around with shifting ice conditions, often in areas that aren’t accessible.
