A couple of changes have been made to the seasonal report entry page.

* The Select bird column has been changed to represent birds for a
specific county
* The Species select is now "Common, Uncommon, Occasional, Rare,
Migratory, and All"
* Birds show up on this list when they are expected, according to the
date and county.
* Another box has been added to allow searching for a species, this
can be the bird banding code or the species name
Please let me know if this entry page in confusing.
