There were 4 or 5 RLHA's circling over 35 E northbound just S of the I-94 interchange. Beautiful to see in the sun against the blue sky. It was about 12 noon and they were moving westward it appeared. At hwy speeds, they all looked like light morph, but not certain if immature or adult female.
