Got a chance to take a 4 day weekend up to the North Shore, Tettegouche area. Saw a common merganser pair on the lake and also flying up the Baptism river. Saw a group of Snow Buntings. Most notably perhaps, I was a bit surprised to already see a group of Yellow-rumped Warblers up there, down near the Lake at Tettegouche beach.
