(Posted by Chet A. Meyers <[email protected]> via moumn.org) Found one lone eared grebe, by itself not associating with the hundred or more horned grebes, on the west side of the lake. A few Bonaparte's gulls were on Lake Harriet in both breeding and winter plumage, on the west side of the lake.
