https://photos.app.goo.gl/E6PLbbkA7Zk4T3jQ6 We initially spotted the bird on the fence by the water treatment plant as we were driving out to the lighthouse to scope the bay. (Not much to note there.) We followed it to the burned area Jeff noted, where it was chased rather aggressively by a starling, and disappeared over the trees to the south.
