I don't know if it is in the list, but I would include the Bass Ponds.
There is a long walk down to the Bass Ponds, but if you are disabled enough
to not be able to walk down, you can call the Minnesota River Valley
Wildlife Refuge and request the code to the gate and drive down to the
ponds. Of course, Old Cedar Bridge does not require any special request to
be able to drive down to the bridge. You can walk the bridge and check out
the trails especially to the east, which are pretty level. These are both
near Mall of America.
