Joe Conley photographed a Black-bellied Whistling Duck at North Ottawa Impoundment yesterday. It was SE of 770th and 780th.
He reported it yesterday evening to Minnesota Birding, a Facebook group. I only really repost the rare species from that page here, but there are many more posts about uncommon species as well.
