Neotropic Cormorant continues to be easily seen at Richfield Lake Park in Hennepin County. While I was there it was preening in a tree seen from 44.8869, -93.2933 with a half dozen Double Crested Cormorants. Nearby street parking available (on Emerson Ave S. for instance). I left at 7:10, but others continued to arrive. Fun bird, thanks Bruce!
