Per Facebook’s Minnesota Rare Bird group, JR Kelsey found and photographed the 
bird yesterday. It sounds like it was in the southwest corner of 40th Avenue 
West. While a few other birders tried to relocate it, it has not been seen 
again (that I’m aware of). If someone sees the bird again, I’ll post again here 
(if someone else doesn’t beat me to it). What a fantastic fall it has been for 
sparrows in Minnesota!
