As of 12:15 PM there is a Pacific Loon on the extreme south end of Lake Traverse at the Browns Valley recreation area.
Park at the recreation area on the south west end and walk the dike. The bird is anywhere from 50 to 200 yards offshore and only stays visible for a few seconds between dives.
