Earlier this month a long-time birder in Cottonwood County, Lester Rupp of Mountain Lake died. Lester was a member of MOU for several years and a regular attendee at the Paper Session / Annual Meeting. I would chat with him about CC and other things as he was my 4th cousin. He was also an active participant in CC CBC and local bird clubs.
