USFWS proposal for hunting Trumpeter Swans.  "U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service 
has proposed opening the Central, Mississippi and Atlantic flyways to general 
swan hunting for this Fall 2020. The category general swan hunting includes 
trumpeter swans. Currently Trumpeter Swans are missing from two thirds of their 
original range in the lower 48."  (from Audubon Chapter of Mpls)
