I birded Carver county in the New Germany/Mayer
area including the Tacoma wetlands and found everything
to be either dry or no mud flats. Birded south of Cologne
also (150th St.) and it was dry. In three hours and over
100 miles I found one tiny wetland with three yellowlegs
and I was too depressed to key them out species-wide.
