I'm looking at a Neotropic Cormorant at Augusta Lake in Mendota Heights, east side of Resurrection Cemetery. I'm viewing from the sidewalk on the north side of the lake, I parked in the cemetery. The bird is on the west side of the lake, but there are several hundred DCCO to sort through.
