This morning at approximately 9:50 am, an adult male Varied Thrush was observed on the ground below our backyard feeder in south Minneapolis, 8 blocks south of the Lake Street Bridge and along the West River Parkway for approximately 10-15 minutes. After it took refuge within an adjacent yew we have not seen it since. Lee A. Pfannmuller
