Just received some texts from Linda Sparling that the bird is still being seen in Winona Monday morning but at a different location. Apparently now seen flying around over the river on both MN and WI sides out from Levee Park and Lions Park. I assume someone will post updates later here or eBird or Facebook if any more news.
