A Yellow-crowned Night-Heron was seen today at Edgewater Park in Albert Lea. It was along the edge of Fountain Lake straight down from the park’s bandshell. It was easily seen from the trail. I am far from the first to have seen the lovely bird, but I am thrilled to have laid eyes upon it.
