For the months of September and October my Haikubox will be monitoring and recording birdsong along the North Shore at the mouth of the Sucker River. A friend has let me set up my box in his yard, and the recording location is only 125 yards from the mouth of the river. Sucker River is near Stony Point, and by recording during the migration it will yield interesting data (I hope). Anyone may get a free Haikubox app/account if you wish to learn what Haikubox thinks is migrating along the North Shore (and when) this migration season. My box was live at its new location as of 10:30 this morning. Any data prior to that time represents bird ID's near the Amity Creek waterfall, The Deeps.
