Watching the imm Snowy Owl with flock of Snow Buntings right in front! Seen from parking lot west of UPS bldg on Cargo Rd in Hennepin County. Sitting on snow patch in grassy patch due south of UPS bldg by flashing runway marker M2 22-4. Also had flyover 2 Common Redpolls.
