5 of us saw the Painted Bunting this afternoon at Connie Sabetti’s house just south of Eveleth. Beautiful bird. Lifer. It showed up at 4:50, we watched it for about 15 minutes. On the ground and low in the trees, very easy to watch. We were Bruce Munson from Duluth, 3 people from Cook, and I am live in Virginia. Thanks, Connie.
