This is not the right link, it's a discussion of another demo DeTransDraw.
The right link still exists on the Wayback machine:

TransDraw is a really amazing collaborative drawing program. It works
well despite network delays and possible conflicts between people making
changes on the same objects. It uses transactions in a very original
way to solve both problems and it has a really sophisticated user interface.
If somebody could get the source code of TransDraw through Wayback,
recompile it for Mozart 1.4.0 or 1.3.2, and repackage it that would be
really nice. You will not be disappointed when you run TransDraw.
Nothing like it exists even today, as far as I know. It has a real "wow
factor".
TransDraw was Donatien Grolaux's master's thesis. Donatien is one of
the most brilliant and productive Oz programmers that I know of (for
example, he designed and wrote QTk). He invented a special transaction
protocol for TransDraw. Note that today TransDraw could be rewritten on
top of Beernet - the code would be simplified since it would separate
better the distribution part from the drawing tool functionality.
Recompiling TransDraw is a good example of a low-hanging fruit.
Rewriting it hangs a little bit higher. Both are worthy tasks!
