I'm only guessing here, since I haven't actually done it yet.
However, I will be trying it very soon, and yes, it would be very nice
if Mozart supported Unicode (for now, I use lists of two-byte characters
when I have to).
So, why not access Tk directly, via C functions, using Mozart's native C
interface, that's what I'd do...
