Just a heads up to let you all know that the Mozart portfiles have been
updated to properly handle dependencies.
On a fresh Darwinports install, you should be able to say "port install
mozart-stdlib" and the system will automatically slurp up all the
prerequisites, including emacs and mozart itself.
Enjoy!
thanks a lot Brent. One observation anyway about the emacs issue. The
first thing that the port tries to do was to fetch emacs. But I have
emacs already in my machine. More precisely I have Aquamacs and Emacs21
in /usr/bin/ and /sw/bin/, because one was installed already, and the
last one I got it via fink. IIRC, the ports available to download in
http://www.mozart-oz.org/download/view.cgi?action=macosx&version=1.3.2
don't try to download emacs, and uses the one that it is already installed.
cheers
Boriss
