Thanks Torsten, No, it's not a graphical utility, more of a text-based utility like Browser or Inspector, but monitoring constraints and their propagation instead. You can see it here, cvs.mozart-oz.org/Publications/documents/Mueller_00a.pdf there is a window grab on pages 6 and 9. I think.
