Hi Paolo,
QTk is part of the mozart standard library, maybe that is distributed separately on FreeBSD? Otherwise, there is a source tar ball for the standard library available from the download area: http://www.mozart-oz.org/download/view.cgi?action=tar&version=1.3.1 So you could build and install it yourself. Shout if you need more help. k Paolo Veronelli writes: > Hi , I'm total newbie reading the book from Van Roy. > How can I run the qtk examples ? > > Is this error my fault? > %********************** Error: module manager ******************* > %** > %** Could not link module > %** > %** Could not load functor at URL: x-oz://system/wp/QTk.ozf > %**-------------------------- > > 110> locate Tk.ozf > /usr/local/lib/oz/cache/x-oz/system/Tk.ozf > > while there is no 'wp' directory there > > I've tried > [QTk]={Module.link ["http://www.info.ucl.ac.be/people/ned/qtk/QTk.ozf"]} > but I get errors with pickle versions ..... > > > I'm working on freeBSD 5.4 > Mozart Engine 1.3.0 (20050404) playing Oz 3 > > Yours Paolino > > > > > > > ___________________________________ > Yahoo!
