I think that the problem is just that Windows chokes when there is a '/'
at the end of the directory name. If I just set 'Dir = Args.out', and
don't add a slash, then it works fine on Windows. I have not tried this
on Linux.
Yes, it is Windows specific. If we put a new version in MOGUL, we'll fix
this.
