Hello,
My name is Craig Ugoretz and I live in the United States (Sheboygan, Wisconsin). For the past four years I have been researching on my own a very unique question: "Is it possible to program wisdom into a computer?". I have done readings on the topics of philosophy, agents, ontologies, common sense reasoning, affective computing, neutrosophic logic, natural language processing and generation, etc. After spending over a year just doing research into the advantages and disadvantages of different programming language, I decided that Mozart/OZ is the best general purpose programming language available today, and I with much interest I am reading the textbook by Van Roy and Haridi on the subject. I have decided that I care to write a book or set of books that would bundle together the ideas I have been working with to motivate academics, industries, and governments around the world to take an active interest in adopting a research agenda in regard to "wisdomics", as I call the new discipline. The purpose of writing this mailing list is to ask if there would be others interested in collaborating with me in the researching and writing of the above mentioned text, with an emphasis on software architecture and design using Mozart/OZ. I believe that wisdomics could possibly develop into a means of simulating social phenomena and perhaps could lead to a working definition of "peace" that world could agree upon, if the simulations become adequately sophisticated. If you share the believe that this possibility bears investigating, than please respond to this email. Thank you. Sincerely, Craig Ugoretz
Dear Craig,

Your project is very ambitious. I agree with you that the programming language
should not get in the way and that Mozart/Oz is a reasonable starting point.

I suggest that you make a road map of concrete achievements for your project
and start working on it yourself or with a small core group. As you realize
some of these achievements, it will be easier to attract more collaborators. For
example, you could organize your project on the lines of Wikipedia.

Best of luck,

Peter
