Well, I can live without the toolbar.

However, when I run the Oz Programming Interface with GNU-Emacs, it sets itself up for use with Oz--there's an Oz menu and several Oz buffers. This isn't happening with XEmacs.

Any idea where the Oz startup script that you mentioned would be on Windows?
