I tried using yours (I use RedHat) but was unsuccessful, though I
couldn't ascertain the reason. Before I install it, just wondering what
version you have there currently? 1.4? Or is it the same one offered
at the bottom of this page:

If you've got 1.4 I'd be happy to try it out on my RedHat system.
