Hi Andy,
Here is the first draft:

As you can see, I have not moved any of the old text into this mockup
and have many, many things to clean up. I'll be working on that over
the next few weeks. But this is a snapshot to give you a feel for our
current thinking.
If you have any big picture suggestions, please let me know.
