4.X browers should be able to display pkcs#7 encrypted data if it has the correct
mime type associated with it. It's a side effect of supporting S/MIME. In fact the
hard part of S/MIME support isn't displaying pkcs #7 data, it's including all the
relevent UI associated with sending and identifying signed and encrypted mail.
