The only way to get NSS for the Mac is to build the PSM as part of the
Mozilla build. The only support for NSS on the Mac is provided by the
PSM team to build PSM for the Mac. None of the utilities have been
ported over to the Mac.

The NSS project is located at mozilla/security/nss/macbuild/NSS.mcp
The PSM 1.x project is at
mozilla/security/psm/macbuild/PersonalSecurityMgr.mcp (Look at
PSM[Debug}.shlb targets.)

For instructions on Building PSM as part of Mozilla in the Mac, look at:
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/security/pki/psm/buildpsm.html
