I've created a bug http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=73421 and attached a proposed patch to eliminate a few of the signed/unsigned compare warnings from the build warnings page. Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do, or if I can answer any questions.
