NSS 3.2.1 backward compatibility testing status

    The bug was due to the fact that the format/content of NSS's 
    ArenaPool structure changed between 3.2 and 3.2.1, but the MAGIC 
    number had not changed.

2. OSF DBG failures not seen in the latest runs

    I observed that the failures were in the same call to certutil. 
    Unlike on Solaris there was no core file. It looked like all 
    processes (certutil, the calling cert.sh, the sourcing all.sh) had 
    been killed at once.

3. Linux failures and core were due to lab / machine problems

4. pk12util failures:

    These tests did not pass in the automated QA on 3.2, there is 
    nothing that indicates interface incompatibility, I removed the 
    tests temporarily and wait for management decision on whether to try 
    to run them or no

5. NT tests still running (problems with the LD_LIBRARY_PATH, and PATH 
reset by environ.ksh resolved)

6.) Most Solaris and HP machines do a signtool coredump. Nelson is 
investigating
