Don't worry about creating noise reports. If you can't find a reference
to it, file it. The person it's assigned to will mark it as a DUP or
INVALID, or whatever if that's the case.
You'd be surprised how some really big bugs don't get reported right
away because everyone assumes "surely they must know all about *that*
bug!!". :-)
Keep filing those PSM bugs!
