Arghh. You're right. I pulled the NSS stuff by hand (I was having another
problem with gmake) and grep'd client.mk for NSS and saw the line:

NSS_CO_TAG = NSS_CLIENT_BRANCH

Didn't notice it was in a MOZ_NSS_AUTOCONF ifdef.

That'll teach me...
