M18 did not include PSM. A PSM1.x binary bundle that works with that
version can be downloaded from

But you really should consider using a more recent Mozilla version.
The current nightlies come with the all-new-singing-dancing PSM2, and
the upcoming 0.9 will, too. I think 0.8.1 came with PSM1.x bundled.
