I think you may be affected by a server that doesn't implement version
rollback detection correctly.
The link you provide below doesn't work w/ Communicator with PSM 1.4
unless I disable TLS (aka SSL v3.1)
You should see if there is a patch available for your server so that you
can get a correct implementation of SSL version rollback detention.
